1080 WCII

WCII Trivia: Before it was WCII, the station was WKJJ-AM...and before that, WKLO. WCII had a country music format -- the call letters stood for "Country 11" -- from 1980 until the Fall of 1986, when it switched to "pure gold" satellite programming. Later calls for the 1080 frequency included WDJX-AM, WRES and WKJK.
